The service
tooly provides browser-based tools for working with images, PDF, video, audio and text. Free tools run entirely on your device. Premium subscribers additionally get server-side processing for large files, batch processing and an ad-free experience.
Acceptable use
You may use tooly only with files you own or are allowed to process. Do not use the service to infringe copyright, distribute malware or process illegal content. Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer or abuse the service or its APIs.
Premium
Premium is a recurring subscription sold through Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes and invoices. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund policy.
Availability and warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Processed results are produced automatically; verify them before relying on them. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
