FAQ

Are my files uploaded?

No. Numbers are drawn with pdf-lib inside your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.

Can I start from a number other than 1?

Yes. Set Start at to any value — useful when the file is a chapter of a larger document.

Which fonts and languages are supported?

The label uses a bundled Unicode font, so formats with words work in any language, including Cyrillic and Vietnamese.

Will existing numbers be replaced?

No. The tool adds new numbers on top of the page; it cannot detect or erase numbers that are part of the original content.
