  2. Adjust the JPG quality if needed — 85% is a good default.
  3. Download each JPG or grab them all as a ZIP.

FAQ

Are my photos uploaded to a server?

No. The HEIC decoder (libheif compiled to WebAssembly) runs in your browser. Nothing is sent over the network.

Why does the first file take longer?

The decoder is downloaded once on first use (about 1 MB). Every file after that converts immediately.

Is the quality preserved?

At 85% the JPG is visually identical to the original for photos. Use 95–100% if you plan to edit the file further.

Are Live Photos and bursts supported?

The still image is converted. Motion data and additional burst frames are not included.

Which browsers work?

Any modern browser with WebAssembly: Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge on desktop and mobile.
